Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, some of the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. But on the downside, the room was quite dated and not well-maintained, which affected my overall comfort. The location is decent, making it easy to get to local spots, though the noise from outside was bothersome at times. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night.
The hotel offered amazing shelter during Hurricane Delta, with clean and comfortable rooms and superb staff. However, the overall experience varied significantly between visits, particularly concerning water pressure and room specifications. It’s unfortunate that some guests had major issues with their reservations and service that detracted from their stays.
I had a great experience at this hotel during a challenging time when Hurricane Delta hit Cancun. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel safe and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, although the dining situation was a bit chaotic. Overall, it provided good value for money considering the circumstances.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, while the service really fell short, with staff lacking enthusiasm and playing loud music late into the night. On the upside, the location was perfect for exploring central Cancun, close to local eateries and attractions. However, I wished for a better dining experience, as it was quite basic and could use improvement in variety.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was lacking, and I encountered multiple issues with my reservation and room. However, during a crisis, the hotel was able to provide shelter, which was a saving grace. Overall, I can't recommend it due to the numerous problems I faced.
